Stay AWAY from these people, they also go by the name Crazy 4 Digital, Best Stop Plasma, Digital Kings, World Class Plasma, etc. Same stories as you all have told... They hang up on you, put you on hold forever, won't stand behing their warranty service. Try to send you refurbished instead of new equipment... Just dishonest people. Look them up on the BBB. They have like 10 companies... Stay away...
