Best Stop Plasma, Digital Kings, World Class Plasma, I&R Management, And Crazy 4 Digital NEXT STEP PLASMA ARE THEIVES! Internet Fraud at it's worst!

Next Step Plasma is a ring of thieves who are taking innocent consumers moneyI have tried to let various sponsor links know that they are helping a fraudulent group by allowing this fraudulant company to continue to pop up in the comparison shopping merchant lists. Can someonr please stop them so innocent victims will stop falling into these thieves trap.

Next Step Plasma, who according to the BBB also has been in business under the names: Best Stop Plasma, Digital Kings, I&R Management, and World Class Plasma. Their usual MO is to have their name pop up on comparison shopping sites. Some sites give them 4-5 star ratings. These sites have different processes of rating a vendor.

Most of the sites have a star rating system that are earned by customer feedback and reliability. Next Steps Plasma always has a good rating because they flood the ballot box so to speakYou only notice the discrepancy of reviews if you click into the actual printed reviews. Unfortunately, like I, most consumers may not bother to read actual customer reviews because of the high star rating you see. Only after they stole my money did I go back to review customer reviews in this is when I noticed reviews that had the same story as mine, almost exactly, these customers gave horrible rating points

Then there are the excellent reviews that are in complete and total contrast to the horrible ones i.E.: great service, fast delivery, no pressure selling, and the clinkerthis was a steal I am sure these reviews were not written by real customers but by the crooks themselves. No vendor with so many perfect reviews would do what they have done to the all of us with the same horror story. How can you have such a wide discrepancy of customer satisfaction? Only if the vendor writes his own glowing review.

The next rating system is how pricescan.com rates their vendors:

1. Hassle-free Online Ordering[Value = 3 Stars]

Customer can place order online with SSL security. No phone call is required to complete order. [YES]
Customer can monitor order status on vendor's website. [YES]
Customer receives tracking number so that delivery can be monitored via shipper (FedEx, UPS, etc.). [YES]
Customer's credit card is not charged until order is shipped. [YES]

2. Vendor provides customer support by phone.

3. Vendor accepts returns on unopened items without a restocking fee

4. Vendor participates in the Better Business Bureau's Online Reliability Program.

5. Vendor posts a comprehensive privacy policy.

6. Vendor lists a physical address prominently on website.

I must point out that pricescan.com were the least concerned with my e-mail to them regarding Next Step Plasma. Even when I pointed out the lies and deceit by this business they continue to give them a 4.5 star grade (. Supposedly they rate the vendors their own way so there is no flooding of the ballot box) I pointed out to pricescan.com all of the posted rating system points they had listed that were not accurate with Next Step Plasma.

First, the no phone call is required is not accurate because my complaint, and all the other negative complaints I read, we the customer did get an e-mail asking us to call Next Step Plasma because of the size of the order This is when they try to pressure you into buying an extended warranty, cables, etc.

Second, Customer receives tracking number so they can monitor via shipperuhh yeah only the Fed EX tracking number notice that was forwarded to me from Next Step Plasma had a expected delivery date after the expected date came and went I called FED EX only to find out that yes a label had been generated by the data that Next Step Plasma had sent them, however, no package had been sent to Fed EX for delivery! It was then that I noticed the tracking notice from the Fed Ex site had no expected delivery dateNext Step Plasma had forged that detail in the notice prior to forwarding it to me.

Third, credit card is not charged until order is shipped. Obviously they charged our credit card after they generated the label and made it seem as though they actually sent the TVnot only did they charge for the TV they added $200 for the extended warranty we didn't agree to, and $50 for insurance on the shipped TV which still hasn't been shipped.

Fourth, customer gets support by phone. No, When my husband called them about not receiving the TV and it had been 10 days since it was supposedly shipped out, and 2 days past the "estimated delivery date", Next Step Plasma said we'll call you back later, the usual guy I work with at FED EX isn't in yetof course they never called back. Most of the other customer complaints had the same problem with supposed shipped items

Fifth, Vendor accepts returns on unopened items without a restocking fee their garbled return policy seems to cover themselves with double talk

Sixth, Vendor lists a physical address prominently on the website. Sure they list an address, however, some other victim went to that address and took pictures of an empty store front and posted them on the webso it is probably a fake store in Brooklyn.

Seventh, vendor participates in the Better Business Bureau's online reliability program. They are listed alright but not as a member, they have an unsatisfactory record. 39 complaints against them and 33 were in the last year.

Eighth, they advertise their merchandise as new and it appears that customers are receiving refurbished products with multiple problems. Those that did purchase a manufacturers extended warranty soon find out that the warranty is bogus because the manufacturers won't honor warranty on refurbished items When these customers then contact the Techpro warranty they purchased from Next Step Plasma they get either no response or dates are scheduled for repairs and no tech shows upobviously this Techpro is another of Next Step Plasma's phony businesses.

We currently have disputed the charges with our credit card company and have formally cancelled the order with Next Step Plasma, they can't charge a restocking fee because thy haven't sent a new TV as promised so there is nothing to to restock. Hopefully, our credit card company will be successful in getting it returned to us... Otherwise I won't stop here...
