I initially topped up for my monthly strategy. For many unknow cause there have been costs above the standard plan and taxes. This brought my balance 13 pennies below the most effective-up add up to renew my monthly strategy. After i recorded into my account it took me to some site that showed that my account was 13 pennies below reviving. Also to update payment method. And so i re entered my bank card. It didn't take me to some confirmation page showing me what would be charged and make sure the info was appropriate. It just charged my card again the entire amount. I really could not afford to possess increase our cost 1 / 2 of being held by virgin mobile. After i called to ask the refund the remaining balance they hung on me after which charged my card another $20.00 bucks. I named again and they won't refund my money. Support!!!
