I ordered a Canon SD1200 IS digital camera from their website. I received a confirmation e-mail confirming the order. Two days later I received a phone call from On Time Digital stating that I did not order a battery with the camera! I told the guy that every store I had ever bought a camera from had included the battery! They wanted to charge me $69.99 for a battery! I made him cancel the order and remove all of my credit card info!
I just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of New York. If enough people take the time to report these A*Holes, we can shut them down!!!
