Paid money for a order and company never sent it and now refuse to communicate with me. Zhejiang

I ordered a mobile phone from there web-site paid for it with western union and did'nt get it. They communicate by MSN Instant Messages. Dont fall for this like I done, as if this was a ligit business I was prepaired to spend $5k with the to add cell phones to my store.
