They ran an ad for a Dirt Devil bagless vacuum cleaner two weeks ago with a sales price of $29.99. I thought "awsome" as I was in need of a new one. I rush to the store and race in as soon as the doors open. This was the first day of the sale. When I get to the vacuums, of course, there are only 3 of them out, and one of the boxes is caved in. So myself and another lady grabbed one each and happily went home thinking, whew! We made it! When I got home I assembled the vaccum. Guess what?!! The turbo brush attatchment was gone! No wonder it was so cheap! So I had to go online to order the part from Dirt Devil.com. Guess what else? The hepa filters f16 are very hard to find. The price was great for the vaccum, but be prepared when you go to one of their "blowout" sales that you are getting 1- a refurbished or factory reconditioned item 2-they hide the rest of the items on sale in the back, so that when you arrive at the store the salesmen say "Oh, no, we just sold the last one, " Then steer you to a more expensive item, hoping you will buy it. They are well known for this 3- don't listen to any of the guys in the computer department, they don't know what they are talking about. They just want to make a sale! Do you homework and reasearch "before" you shop. Already have your mind made up 4-DO NOT accept their credit offer-period! It's to overpriced for the "refurbs" they are selling.
