I ordered a Remote Control from Replacement Remotes on the 18th of February. Order number 70075.
I did not receive the remote so contacted Replacement Remotes in April.
The Order status then changed to Shipped. I still have not received anything, have consulted with my Post Office as well as contacted replacement remotes who are now totally unavailable.
I have email and requested a shipping Number or proof of shipping of something that will allow me to track my order.
Replacement Remotes does not respond to anything I send them.
The email address on there website of [email protected] does not work.
They debited my account in March already and I have not recourse.
I see I am not the only one having this problem with this company.
So be Warned!
