In the first part of 2008 I purchased 2 units mod#DRC 8335 6HD HI-FI VCR DVD Recorders. Within 3 months they both started to malfunction and quit completely just past the Wal-Mart return window. Kay at Thomson has consistently double talked and failed to give me any sort of hope in ever getting this made right.
I finally got one replacement Unit several weeks ago, however it too has already begun to malfunction, and never would Record either VCR tapes or DVD's. When I called back again to complain i was offered nothing. And was once again told it would be 4 to six weeks (this is the third or fourth time) until I would receive my refund for the other Unit.
Then Kay told me in the same monotone thickly accented english, (that just tells me you're screwed!). They are expieriencing transitional difficulties, the same old story that i have gotten all along!
