Auto Gadgets Totem Lake Kirkland Washington is terrible! We have had only issues with mobile phone deals and telephones. DO NOT ACTUALLY WORK TOGETHER!
My husband bought At-Mobile G 1 for me personally like a Holiday present as well as bought the extra 2-year replacement guarantee for $199.99- my spouse was informed when something happens towards the telephone I really could simply take it in also it could be changed. Our telephone simply died for no cause. I got it in plus they couldn't discover any harm as well as their remark was "I suppose you are fortunate this way..." The telephone is significantly less than 5 weeks old. The associate supervisor JT stated I'll have to submit my telephone towards the producer. I showed him our paperwork that confirmed the evidence of extra insurance (which incidentally is exorbinant) and he explained their insurance does not protect the telephone and so I have to deliver it into the producer. I'm in revenue and depend on my phone for company and can't conduct business with no telephone. I want an upgraded phone and at this time I'm dropping company and they'll not substitute the telephone. We shall never conduct business together again and that I am obtaining the word out. Their guarantees as well as their company is just a complete FRAUD!!!
