I bought a mobile phone on ebay through tessie's gadgets having a 12 months guarantee. I've had the telephone since 6/11/09 (nowadays is 8/12/09) and all a quick the key-pad quit functioning. I cant use and sometimes even change my telephone on. I've tryed to get hold of tessie's gadgets through email, to make use of my guarantee and restore my telephone. I've not received a responce, but still possess a telephone that serving not function.
