Spring sale that got me sprung

I decided to take advantage of Navigon's spring sale. I ordered some accessories for my Navigon GPS unit. I placed an order on 4-20-09 my credit card was charged on 4-21-09. I paid extra money to expedite the shipping (3 day shipping). I decided to contact the company after a week of no products. I was told there was an issue with the original order. I provided the company with my phone number and email address, but Navigon chose not to contact me to bring this matter to my attention. I wanted to cancel my order but they refuse to refund my credit card. I escalated this matter to a supervisor (Steve). He advised me he would send my case to cooperate and I would hear from a manager within three days. The particular statement he made never occurred. Steve gave me artificial promises and to this date (5-10-09) I still haven't received my money or accessories. I was never offered any compensation for the inconvenience.
I had no idea Navigon was running a mafia type of business. I'm a honest hard working American citizen, but the company chose to extort my money. I wanted to provide a letter the president (Michael Roach) of the company, but I was denied that information from Steve.
It's amazing how these big companies use scams to get rich off hard working people during this recession.
