Placed an order for a projector lamp on 10/23/08, including price for overnight delivery. Item was not received so I called and cancelled. I received an e-mail from SageRyder (which I assume is a third party) stating I would be receiving a check for the refund amount.
I requested that a credit be issued against the credit card the amount had been charged against. That was on 11/6/08.
I have sent numerous requests for update on the status with no reply, other than any e-mails regarding refunds or returns must be submitted via the help desk located on their website. That was done, and another ticket # was issued through the Help Desk. At this point, the Help Desk link I was given is no longer active.
They have in essence taken the $351.75 and I have received nothing in return. Since the order, I have seen other posts complaining of this companies service. Whatever you do, do not use this company.
