Naca Logistics Owner Michael Gomez, is the parent Company or affiliate to Vanguard Logistics and these guys are: incompetent and they are thieves they bait and switch, give you one price estimate and charge you 10 times more, and if the package gets to its destination, they charge you storage fees, $100 per day, they also charge you for returning the package. They'll hang-up the phone on you, not respond to your inquiries, email or phone. I am short $3000 worth of goods contents of he box, a complete riff-off in short stay away from this mediocre, incompetent, corrupted company. Theyll accept your box all right, but you'll never see your package ever again nor will they return it.
From a customer point of view my Grade is F - (Naca Logistics Michael Gomez, and Vanguard Logistics)
The package never arrived and was never returned. Company failed to respond to all my inquiries. Stay away - my only option now is to take legal action.
