On or about 02/10/03 the Sunday "Honolulu Advertiser" carried an ad for hearing aids, from this company. We ordered two, and with shipping the check was totaling $23.95. They cashed it on 02/21/03, we've received NO merchandise, sent two letters of inquiry which have NOT been responded to, and can't reach any persons (or answering machines) at the "customer service" phone numbers they advertise.
I've contacted the Honolulu Advertiser about this company, and advised them to put into the Google.com search engine, this company's name and see what comes up. The company continues to advertise in the Honolulu Advertiser.
