Service Call Fee of 49.95 or 5.98 Added Monthly

On 3/21/09 I called for service and was informed they will send service for 49.95 or add 5.98 a month to my bill for DirecTV tv service. A tech will be sent on 3/28/09. This is a way of getting another charge for service they do not provide.
