Bought Tapan Range 11-06.

Range got warm without having to be updated on.

Named Fix Service02-0509. Fix individual mentioned (in writing): "Ground & Hot-Wires corrected on remaining Changes. Range was re wired.

03-11-09 - same Issue. Claimed to Customer Support. Conf.# D355122823.

Repair person was named. Didn't display but named. Stated he's to-order component.

Named back, said Component discovered. Recommended to us-pick Range since it is just a Fire Risk!

Is likely to be at our home Sunday 03-14-09. DIDN'T DISPLAY or did he Stop.

Named LOEWS Cust. SV again. Woman called Summer guaranteed a call-back.

03-15-09 - no callback.

03-16-09 named Loews Client SV again. Was informed fix could be created 03-19-09. You will find 2 Diabetics within this home. What am I guess to complete?
