Sears, doesn't worry about clients, their devices, their lost money and time, or even the danger that their lack of caring and problem, places the client in!

I've a maintenance agreement for my range, for around 15 years. I had been having difficulty using the writers light up. And finally when it'd illuminate, the fire might increase out. I plan something to possess it fix.

#1On December 9 the fix arrived and all he did was make use of a toothpick-like system to clean/clear the writers and remaining. Within a few minutes of the specialist departing, I'd the exactly the same issue.

Number 2 On Februay 10, a brand new techncian returned to repair the issue. He could not repair it and decide that I required, a brand new igniter and fresh writers. So components needed to be requested.

Notice: the technology stated, he did not substitute the 4th burner, since it was rusty and he anticipated, when eliminated it'd break apart. Who claimed they'd a specialist come and find out me, between 3:00 & 4:00 nevertheless, NO BODY KNOWS WHERE THE HELL IS THE PART THAT'S NEEDED TO CORRECT MY RANGE. BECAUSE TECHNOLOGY # 3 REQUIRED IT WITHOUT TELLING ME.

I've taken 4 times (whole full times) and sat here waiting like and fool looking to get my stove repair. Sears doesn't care that buyer doesn't receive money and is suffering the implications of the insufficient common sense and common courtesy. I purchase something agreement in advance, i do not get charit y from their store, all i'd like is for them to be considerate of my time and the requirement to repair a dangerous scenario, they seem to worsen.

What happen to the sears the appear to put client and safety first???

I wish they'll sooner or later repair my issue, before there's a personal injury, or i drop my job since i've to continuously skip a full-day, for sears to not appear or even to fix the issue.
