I was paying on a 32 inch tv from aarons when it malfunctioned. They sent it out to Phoenix to get repaired. They gave me a 28 inch as a loaner until the problem was resolved. I was told it would take up to six weeks.
It has now been seven or eight months, and still no tv. I constantly bugged them the whole time and they said it was not their fault that it should be in next week. I was told this every week.
About five months into it they gave me a 32 inch loaner that was repossessed. They constantly harassed me to take the repossessed tv instead but i constantly refused because of the condition. I then was told that one payment would be knocked off.
Which it was as it shows on my receipt, leaving me with one more payment left. As i went in to pay it off my receipt showed that i still had another payment. The manager said he has nothing to do with that and he could not fix that.
Throughout this whole mess i was treated poorly and without any respect as a customer. I have paid $2100 for a 32 inch tv which i have not had most the time. What a rip off!
