We bought a computer from a company in CA that resells monitors from Viewsonic. After 1 month it failed. Was very easy to get the RMA but then everything went downhill. After 4 months of lies and promises of new monitors we finally got it back. I have never been so appaled when opening up a return. The monitor was not only NOT NEW, is was scratched, burnt, pieces of plastic shaved off and the biggest surprise of all, 4 WOOD SCREWS stripped into the plastic for the adjustment.
I am contacting the AG of CA and my state, the BBB and every consumer page I can find. I was also told there are no supervisors when I call. LIARS! If I lived localy, I would contact the media and burn this POS right in their parking lot on the 6 o'clock news. Pathetic! These thieves need stopped. WOOD SCREWS IN A MONITOR! Unbelieveable.
