I purchased ViewSonic LCD monitor at Fryis on 10/14 and shipped the refund form with other necessary doc to ViewSonic Refund in White Bear Lake, MN on 10/16. Examined their site for refund standing also it usually claims refund not identified. Named them several times plus they usually stated it had been not the machine. It has been 2 months and it's still within the program because they stated it ought to be. I named them on 12/4 and they said it might be lost in the mail and asked me to mail the form to them again and wait another 8 weeks for processwithing
Never trust the ViewSonic Rebate. I'm filing complains on BBB.
