Paid a 1000 on a laptop did'nt recieve it. Canceled& orded a tv still want me to send money

I orded a laptop & made payments on it for about 8 months over a thousand dollars paid in. I finaly got tired of fighting with them over the phone & canceled The order.in store credit is the only way to get a refund. So I oreded a T.V. Athey still want me to send more money.
