Bought two PD-DVR100 DVD Recorders and you can't program either of them

Bought two PD-DVR100 DVD Recorders and you can't program either of them.
Bought them before I went oversea with the military and now I tryed them and they are junk. Don't wast your money.
Call the phone number in the book and I can't get ahold of anybody.
