We purchased a 42 inch sony tv with an extended warranty from Rex tv. The quality of the picture became poor and we called and rex had a repair person come to the house. He replaced the bulb for it and said there was an additional problem with the television and would have to get authorization from rex tv to fix it or they would give us a new tv. Rex decided it was not worth fixing, however they were not offering a new tv to us either. We purchased our tv for $1200.00 excluding the price of the warranty and now we were told that they would give us $500 towards the purchase of another tv from them. I wrote an email to the corp. Office and received no reply from them. This company does not care about customer satifaction or repeat business. Do yourself a favor and avoid doing business with them.
