Hello... I have been with srpint like a year now... I signed up for the 29.99 a month plan which gives you 3000 night minutes and 200 day minutes the past 4 or 5 phone bills i have recieved have been around 80 or 90 $... So i paid them thinking i went over my minutes... Well i get my phone bill today and of course it says 80$.. The phone calls i was charged for totaled 14.00... My phone bill should of been around 45$ as it should of been the last 4 times... I am not late on any payments... Well o had enough of it today and i called sprint... The man told me they FORGOT to bill me for 1 month service charge... It seems they have forgottin the last 4 times... Apparently i have been paying 2 or three phone bills a month... What can be done about this? Thanks kelly
