AT&T Wireless site has wrong info on it!
I moved in one home to a different (around. 3 miles apart) after investing in a new telephone and reviving my support with AT&T Wireless. Have now been together for quite some time.
I currently get no support inside the home and exceptionally restricted to walking away from house. I will obtain text within the house, can't deliver. Can occasionally deliver away from house. Can't create or get calls within the home or away from house. To be able to create a phone I've to wander or generate about 1/2 distance.
Based On their site protection chart I'm within an area scored excellent. Clearly the info on the site is wrong.
After many calls and e-mails, I had been informed there's no option apart from to carry on my strategy as-is or spend the first termination charge.
This is the way they handle clients who've been together for more than 5 years.
