I had purchased a PS3 from CCgaming. When I went home and try to turn on the PS3 the power button failed to work. I called and made a complaint and asked for refund. They refused and said that they need to check it out first. So the guy on the phone (Alen) said I could ship it to the store addressed to Alan.
I shipped it on 11-12-08 COD. On the 14 of november no one was avialable to receive the package, so it was sent back to the post office in thier area. I called to check up on the repairs, but was told that someone went to the post office on the 24 of november and was told that it was missing.
I called the post office and was told that it was picked up on the 21 of november. I also received my COD check and was told the only I can receive that is if someone came, picked up the package, and paid the COD. I called everyday for 3 weeks and the workers gave me the same answer. The manager/owner is not in leave your name and number, but I never received any call. I really believe that someone has it and the workers are covering up for the manager.
