I have a post office box at the West Newton Post Office. Every time I go in I'm put in a sour mood, due to the terribly rude counter workers. I made a visit today to check on a package. I tracked the UPS number and it clarified that it was delivered YESTERDAY. The lady at the counter wouldn't even give me the time of day. Before I could even finish my question she was cutting me off and telling me I had no package. I didn't even tell her my name or box number. When I asked her to double check she told me she was sure I had no package. The other workers are just the same.
