Ripoff no customer satisfaction consumer fraud ripoff

Bought a 57' HDTV on October 30... With an extended warranty contract!!! TV screen went out in early January, only two months after purchase. Called Best Buy for service, and they mentioned that it was still under Toshiba warranty. Called Toshiba, they sent out repairman, who immediately took the back off of the TV and said that it many parts were missing, and it looked like it had left the factory that way.

I called Best Buy back and they said they had to see if they could get parts. THE PARTS ARE ON BACKORDER UNTIL APRIL! So I called Best Buy back to see about a replacement.

After talking to 7 different people, I was denied a replacement. So here I am, bought a TV and used it for two months, it went out, now I have to wait nearly four months for it to get repaired... And not one single person that I spoke with gave a rat's ass about it...
