I just got a phone cricket today and when i plugged it in to charge it the phone wouldnt work. So i call customer service they said that i need to pay to return the phone to them for a refund when they sent me a broken phone they would not offer me a replacement or nothing said instead of send a call tag to get the phone and sending me a new one. She said that she would have web support call me back in 24 hours. Why would i pay 50 dollars for a phone that doesnt work and then i would have to be the one to pay to ship it back and wait 30 days for a refund!!!
Makes know since to me! I called back to troubleshoot the phone and they guy got my phone number and than hung up on me
