First, the corporation won't let you know (atleast not me) that their support isn't suitable for VoIP. Following a couple of years of 'support', I eventually thought that out (several false alarms, without any telephone call from their website). After I came across that out, and after speaking with them, I chose to stop my bill. Although speaking with a Person Rep. I questioned about their cancelation policy. I had been informed that I had a need to email or send a cancelation notice for their workplace - Fax # 801-979-4027 - with thirty days notice.
This notice was sent for them about the 12th of Sept. It's today the very first of December plus they are however removing the monthy charge from my lender. I've since attempted on three distinct instances attempted to resend the fax (yes, it experienced the very first time) and also the fax may currently no further got through - the telephone keeps calling. Yes, I did so attempt to contact as though I anticipated anyone to really answer the telephone.
Obviously, I'll NOT quit.
