Accidentally went on this site thinking it was itunes - purchased a 3 yr memberhsip. Whereas with itunes you don't need to purchase membership to download.
Straight away realised and tried 6 times to have the money refunded back to me but always had the same automated email response. Tried to phone but being from Australia the toll free number is no good.
Have now contacted my bank to dispute this matter.
