E2E knowingly employs about 5 illegal immigrants on their crew. This is overlooked by a greedy owner, who has tried everything from making it in a hair salon, to employing his felon brother, who has stole from the company, and constantly asks new employees if they can buy drugs for him.
The owner also employees a Idiot of a vice president, who has at least 5 family members on the payroll, who have no purpose at all, to about 4 good friends that have followed him, every were he has gone, I mean these guys are such followers of this guy, that their jobs consist of sitting in the office in shirts and ties, telling stories about their pathetic life's.
And then there is the token Mexican Operation manager, This is where the illegal immigrant part gets really interesting, this guy knows they are illegal, because me and him have talked about it. He will go as far as not ever sending these guys to Casa Grande AZ, when they are really needed, because that is the home turf of the United States Border Patrol. He lies, and treats everyone like they are illegal's, if you have vacation coming to you if you leave, you can just forget about getting it, he will never give it to you. His communication skills are that of a dishwasher at taco bell, he writes his emails like he talks, and have very poor communication skills with the customers.
I really wish the best to the people I had a good working relationship with when I worked there, but as a consumer, do I want an Illegal immigrant in my house installing cable? Not that all are bad, just don't like it when greed is the main factor in decision making. Don't you Cox Communication?
