Mr. Joseph Azar is the owner of this company. He seems to feel that although he has set pay days (Bi-weekly) he can withhold the actual pay check for up to five days. After I quit the company, I turned in my last time sheet for payment. After five months had passed and I had not been paid, I report Mr. Azar to the U.S. Department of Consumer Affairs. They investigated the complaint. Their response to me was that Mr. Azar told them that he didn't remember me working those hours.
