Told replacement is at best buy ready for pick up-but its not there

Spoke again with fridgeadaire and they told me the item was at my local best buy for pick up. They lied again. I asked how to get my money back -they said best buy handles that-NOT TRUE! They must handle it. I have waited over two months for this. Just give me my money back!
