I requested a pedal on 10/1/08 from this company and I have not recieved the product and they already charged the total amount to my bill. I've to contact my lender to ensure that the corporation won't consider anymore cash out-of my bill. I'll such as the item or my money returned. I attempted 16 occasions to email them-and was defeated. Are you able to support me with this specific scenario? Thanks.
