Strauss Picture Technical Support (SPTS) required for fix my audio system (AIWA CX-NDS8U) in the centre of July.

The result to speakers did not function, but I really could utilize my headphones also it seemed very good. And so I taken care of diagnostics and Strauss technician guaranteed to obtain it fixed in two-three months. I named them in fourteen days and was informed they were awaiting components.in several more months they stated that want to get schemata in the merchant. The next time these were awaiting Computer Dolby panel. From the end-of July the assistant possibly got tired addressing my calls and turned rude (simply hung-up on me).in the end they accepted that cannot restore my music and that I may choose it-up at my comfort.

After I added my Aiwa home I then found out that result to headphones was eliminated. Therefore Strauss not just could not restore the audio system, because they guaranteed, but towards the opposite - smashed finished which worked before their "support". Exactly what a disappointment and waste of money and time...
