I bougth a scurity system that last 3 days i been calling and calling and they have not do anything about, they tell me to call tomorrow no body looks to know anything about i spend close to 4 700.00 for a piece of junk new york new york

I bougth a security system from SAMSUNG back on June and that piece of junk last 3 days. I contact the seller and he refer me to the manufacturer but they just get the information and do nothing about. I been spending at least 2 hrs. On the phone every day speaking to people that do not know what they are doing. They just tell me to call the next day.
Im tired of calling and spend time with this guys
