I had a 1 year contract at 11.7 cents per kilowatt. I renewed at 13.4 cents, and got written confirmation. They then charged me 20.1 cents per kilowatt even after calling customer service. Ripoff, and customer service would not even fix it even after pointing out written confirmation.
