We originally filled out an application for this cpompnay, and were approved for Drop Shipment, since we paid with a credit card.
We were emailed a User Name And Password for the site.
WE had a computer crrash, and lost the original email and we were ready to do business and start sending orders to them.
So we called to get them and were looked up on the computer and they gacve them to us and proceeded to tell us that our application was incomplete, and we asked how that could be as Brian already approved us, they stated that we were approved for COD, and we said we did not want COD and that we were approved for Credit Card. So they wanted us to fill in another application and send it in, and fill in all of the other info, and we stated we would not fill in any of the other infor as we do not give out our business information and references unless we are asking for credit.
The lady on the phone was very abrub and rude and it was hard to tell her anything, it seemed it went in one ear and out the other, I then got upset and asked for a manager, the minute she transfered me, the other lady stated to rant and rave off how we will do as we are told and that they lost the apps because of a computer crash, and I could still not get in a word edge wise, and kept saying, "Can I say something", Hello", can I talk now? I told her that she was also very rude. And I would just call Brain, she kept telling me how she had other calls and had to go. REALLY REALLY RUDE.
Well the problem is now, I finally got to talk to Brian on Tuesday and he said that that was the boss'es wife that I called rude and that they were looking me up on the internet. My Questin is "WHY"? Wel I guess it was the snoppy boss'es wife that was just called rude and she wanted to find out if we were a customer or big account I bet, sh found some x customers who wrote things about us on the net after refsuin them busines, and since they are kids, they lie alot. Well I guess that's all they needed for anexcuse not to do business with us.
I explained the bad postings to them, and was basically told, they do not tolerate harrresment of their employee's???
Get Real, we were the one's who were treated rudelly, but I guess she has to blame someone other than herself as her husband probally would yell at her for losing business.
My point is that I cannot really see this place being in business for long if they treat there customers, like "Dog's on a chain" onlt to be kicked around because of their God like Attitude toward their customers.
It was like "ha, ha" I'll teach you a lesson for calling me rude" I'll cancell your account...
Well this is very wrong, and we just wanted to warn others, I'm sure threre will be other postings soon, and I'm sure they will respond and say we were rude.
But all of this happened because "WE just called to get our account name and password"??? Looks like the boss'es wife is BOSSY herself. She must run the business. And the Owner Mike is not.
