I bought a phone from their website on September 11th. I waited and waited for it to get to me, but it never did. So I decided to contact them and it took me a while to get an e-mail back. When I did, they said that the phone wasn't with them, it was stuck in the customs office and they would get it and they would send it as soon as they get it.
Well, I waited longer and sent them another e-mail. They never answered and I kept trying with no success. So I decided to file a claim since I paid through PayPal. As soon as I filed this claim, my order got cancelled and I received an e-mail from their website saying that my order got cancelled. But I never got my money back. This really bothers me because I already lost a couple of job calls and I am in great need of a phone.
They could at least give my money back so I could buy another phone. I have no job and that money was a big deal for me. I don't know what else to do in order to get my money back. I don't know if PayPal is going to help me or not, but I got their e-mail and addres here so I think I could do something about it. Thank you.
