Charge me for Satellite radio service when I don't even have a car right now

I purchased a BMW 745i back in 2005 and Sirius was pre-loaded in the computer system of the car and I called Sirius and signed up for two years. Before the end of that two years, I sold the car. I called immediately and alerted them of the sale and discontinued satellite service and requested a refund of the remaining months. I received a credit within 30 days.

Within two months of cancelling and receiving my credit, (1) there was a charge on my credit for another two years service. I called and explained that I had cancelled service and didn't even have the car, another car or home service and that I had not authorized anyone to use my c/c in order to obtain service. Of course, I had to fax them my credit card bill and wait for a credit to my account. I receive the credit within about 30 days.

(2) The following month: Another charge of $144.00. The same routine. I call. They try to locate my card number in their system, no luck. Question me about service and I explain again. Faxed my statement again and waited for a credit. I receive the credit again within 30 days.

The next month - No charges... And I think it's finally out of their system.

(3) Next month - guess what! Another charge of $144.00. This time, I am red hot furious mad. Every "real" person I come into contact with, I blew into them. And of course, no one could tell me a thing, No One! They could not even tell me whose account was being activated with my credit card. Soooo, off to the fax machine again and I wait for that credit.

And, I will semi-stop here, a total of 7 times this happened, so far.

(8) Now to August 20, I receive my statement and another freaking charge for $144.00. I call once again, go thru their phone system, be put on hold and hold and hold and hold again and again to finally be told they have no idea why I am being charge, who is making the charges and that they cannot locate the account (s) that have been activated using my credit card. I demand that all my credit card information be removed from their system including my mailing address, there was no reason for them to have it anylonger! The representative assured me several times my c/c info and billing info had been removed!!!
So, I become a faxing machine, yet again, with my credit card statement.

(9) Today, September 23 - - I am just browing online and decide to check my credit card online and find out if Sirius had credited me yet and guess what... Another charge of $77.41. I am hotter than a red hot chili devil pepper dowsed in gasoline lit with volcano lava!!!
I called Sirius. Spoke to their representative and as usual, he could not tell me anything about the charge.in fact, he told no charge existed but YET I am looking at it online in the "Pending Transactions."
I totally lost it on this representative, totally! Yet again and again, I hed to my office and start faxing the print out from my credit card company, which I have faxed a total of five times as of now. And, yet again, I must sit here and wait for them to credit my account.

But, I have wisened up out of frustration and with the fact that people cannot be trusted much less, big companies, I called my credit card company and cancelled my card.

I will now watch and listen to Sirius with their excuses of how they "tried" to credit my account but it was not a good credit card, any longer. I am so frustreated because of their mistakes month after month, I have to take more time out of my schedule and alert my "auto drafters" of this change. Much less, wait for the credit card company to credit me finance charges, which is another story!

But, good news for me, No more charges on my credit card which means... You should watch yours!!!

*Please note, the past two months of charges when I called and spoke to the Supervisor, she/he asked me for my credit card number and when I refused she/he stated to me, "Well I cannot locate the person that is using your card if you dont give me that information." Like a dumb dummy, I gave it to him/her again - because I actually thought I would catch someone that I knew, might know or that knows me and stole my information... But, no luck. The Supervisor says, "That credit card number and information is not in our system."
OH really, but I am being charged every month - it's in someone's system at Sirius!!!

Go Figure.

Please, since I have finally cancelled my credit card, Be Aware of All charges on your credit card from here on out. This is a true hassle and is very aggrevating!!!
