I wish I had seen this site when I bought my phone from TMS. Anyway. My phone broke, and I am trying to get it replaced because I bought insurance ("Mobile Protection Plan") through TMS. The last 3 times I called over 2 days, every operator's been telling me their billing system is down. Is this all part of trying to get as few claims filed as possible? Regardless, does anyone have any experience filing an phone insurance claim with TMS?
