I bought insurance thru wirefly when i purchased a phone from them. First it was replaced because it wasn't working then it was lost and it was replaced with no problem. Two weeks later i get a letter cancelling the insurance. When i tried to contact them they wouldn't help me only said i would'nt get a refund. The insurance was paid for a full year its only been four months into the contract. I feel a refund is due back can u help?
