Ever since i signed up with alltel i have had nothing
But problems... Like being charged long distance for
Local numbers... in my area... Which i could'nt call for
The first month at least because they had to add that
Prefix... Well that took about 6-8 calls just to be able
To call that local new #?? Ever since then (3-4 months)
They have charged me long distance rates for dialing
Those numbers and i have to call every month and let
Them know... Nothing has been done still...
As a matter of fact while i type this i am on hold with
Them (for about a half hour now)... The guy who i talked
To first had to argue with me first before he could put
On a supervisor... So now like every month i have to
Waste at least an hour of my time in order to try to
Keep this bill straight... I use the phone primarily for
Business... So i dont mind paying for the service that i
Signed up for. But i do mind wasting my time and energy
Over somethin they should have already taken care of and
I do mind getting ripped off which is what they are
Trying to do...
Everyone i talk to has a different answer and they all
Say they will call me back... I think i have had one
Returned call... If i coul find where i could mail a
Letter i would but that probably would'nt do any good
Either... Rip off!!
