It's all true. They mislead, over charge and charge before trial is up. Customer service is almost nil

Terrible, terrible, terrible. "hold" vs no charge for 30 days. Very misleading business practices.internet Businesses based in Florida get away with this kind of thing all of the time. Oh how I wish I would have come to usacomplaints.com before trusting the crooks at MagicJack.

Learn from my mistake - You'll only like MagicJack if you like prepaying your long distance phone bill.
