Came into my shop and sold me a new Merchant Terminal that I did not really need.
Talked me into his, I signed and he left without leaving me copie's of the contracts, until after he came in and set up??? 3- 4 days later.
He mislead me and was more than slightly deceptive.
One of the contracts were called a non canceble lease???
I had severe problems with the agents he signed me with.
He is still deceptive!!! And says I have to keep the terminal for the full 4 yrs which I only used 9 times and has been boxed for pick up, which he refuses. I only had the Machine for approx. 3 to 4 weeks during which time I was trying to cancel!
My main complaint is the deception and not being given time to read the contracts
Now he also says he has no affiliations with the agents he signed me with which is also not true!
I also was led to believe I was signing with one entity alone. His total job is to get one to sign on the dotted line and that is his only reponsiblity? We are stuck!!! He says I have to eat his machine and thats it!!
