We purchased a refrigerator which didn't have any snow holder inside, whenever we advised towards the salesman he explained he can give one ice holder using the refrigerator when it'll be shipped. Nevertheless when we did not obtain any snow holder we named the salesman. Then he stated that he doesn't recall the discussion. After which he again stated that we are able to purchase an ice holder from k-mart or Wallmart.
The problem isn't that people can't purchase an ice holder from some where otherwise. The problem is whenever you cannot supply one thing, don't discuss it, and you will not speak to your client like this.
