I ordered a phone and accesory on June 30. I was told I would receive it in 4-7 days. After two weeks I contacted them and was told it was on back order. We tried calling the phone number but could not talk to a person, and was referred to the website. I sent numerous e-mails with no results. They did however say that for my inconvenience they would send me a free car charger (that I had already paid for). It is now August 18 and I don't know any more than I did the day I ordered it.
