I have contacted th comany to fix my PS3, they sent me back a DHL box and I shipped my PS3 this was on 6/17, I paid for the service but never received my PS3. I have sent e-mails for status but no response. I have called but no one answers the phone. My next step is to contact the local authorities there and file a complain.
