Ordered refurbished Xbox 360 on Ebay 8-1-08, conf #1932336489, did not receive

Ordered refurbished X Box 360 for 34.99 through EBay on 8-1-08 and the amount was deducted from checking account. Got accepted order # 1932336489 e-maied back, but seller is unknown and Ebay cannot pursue without an item #. Will never go on EBay again.
